What is The
MortgageZone?
The
MortgageZone is an affiliation of
mortgage professionals engaged in a network marketing
initiative that offers mortgage products to consumers with an
innovative level of participation, called a PC (Personal Contact) Lead
Generator.

mortgage and complete a short data form about the prospective

then carefully analyze the data, a borrower credit report will
be ordered, and the assigned Mortgage Specialist will have a
detailed conversation with the prospective client.
Once pre-qualified, the Mortgage

prospective borrower wants to pursue any loan option
presented, a loan application will be created and the
application will be assigned to a processor, who will work
